Steve, the visionary behind Manicom Developments, brings almost 2 decades of diverse experience in the real estate industry. Starting as a realtor, he quickly transitioned into rental property investments & property flipping, demonstrating a natural talent for identifying high-value opportunities. As an award-winning agent and a seasoned developer, investor, landlord, and Builder, Steve has built a remarkable track record of success.
With a strong academic foundation from the Lawrence Kinlin School of Business and Cornell University, Steve has honed his expertise in navigating the complexities of real estate. His leadership at Manicom Developments encompasses all facets of the business, including real estate development, architectural design, construction management, financing strategies, marketing, sales, and leasing. This comprehensive approach ensures every project reflects his commitment to innovation, sustainability, and excellence.
Today, Steve leads Manicom Developments as both developer and designer, personally shaping each project from its earliest concept through completion. He curates every element from site planning and architecture design, to materials, interiors, landscape, and the relationship between the built environment and its surroundings. His approach combines strong architectural principal’s with functionality, creating homes that feel intentional, timeless, and connected to their setting.
